This is the file that I used to 3D print my intercooler pipes with ABS. I gave it as many walls as possible. It is 100mm or 4 inches.
Durability/longevity is dependent your filament, print quality, installation, and many other factors. Print on the little angled pieces at the end of it.
You will have to get your own couplers.
